How long till I receive my print?
A: Prints are generally shipped within 5-8 days of placing your order.
: How long till I receive my Gallery Piece?
A: All Gallery Pieces are built and assembled by myself. Depending on size, please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery.
A: Limited Edition prints and Gallery Pieces are an edition of 25 measuring 12x"18" or 20"x30 for prints, and 25"x32" or 32"x42" for Gallery Pieces. Once the image sells out its not longer available.
Q: How do I care for my art piece?
A: To clean the acrylic use ONLY a soft cotton cloth or microfiber cloth. Anything else WILL scratch the acrylic. If you need to further clean the acrylic the only recommended cleaner is Brillianize. Other cleaners can haze the acrylic. The cotton wrapped matte liner can be wiped clean with a damp cloth. Same for the outer frame.
A: Avoid hanging your art piece in direct sunlight if possible. The Acylic used is UV resistant and the inks used in the print are tested to withstand fading for 100 years.
Q: Do you make custom sizes?
: Custom sizes are dealt with on a per case basis. Please email us your request and we will do out best to accommodate your needs.
